😀Hello! I'm Sathya,a recent master's graduate in comptuer science from Georgia Tech. I want to use my background in Accessibility of computers and AI to innovate in the field of Assistive Technology. I have over 10 years of professional experience in configuring, and improving access to technology by individuals with disabilities.
About Me
My journey started with a degree in Bioengineering, which led me to over a decade of work as an Assistive Technology Specialist. I've dedicated my career to breaking down barriers—configuring access to computers, mobile devices, and smart technologies to empower individuals with disabilities.
Driven by a desire to create more impactful solutions, I pursued a Master's in Computer Science at Georgia Tech, specializing in Interactive Intelligence. This unique blend of hands-on accessibility experience and advanced technical training shapes my approach to building inclusive technology.
I'm passionate about leveraging Knowledge-Based AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning to bridge the accessibility gap. My toolkit includes Python and Java for backend development, along with React, Next.js, and TypeScript for creating seamless user experiences.
I'm currently seeking a full-time software development role where I can contribute to meaningful projects that make technology accessible to everyone.
Outside of tech, you'll find me hiking trails, lost in a good book, or analyzing financial markets.
